Neil graduated Magna Cum Laude in Canlubang, Laguna and has proceeded to take up MA and PhD units in Organizational Development at the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI).

His education and experiences in the seminary hones his skills in personal and group-learning facilitation, processing, and coaching. His extensive experience in management and administration has made him an expert in visioning, goal-setting, strategic planning, and implementation, as well as in training and developing human resources through module-designing and motivational speaking.
