ABOUT THRESA

Thresa Ramos is a Certified consultant by the Family Firm Institute, Boston USA, on Family Business Advising. She is a degree holder of Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of San Carlos and a certificate holder of Family Dynamics and Counseling in Center for Family Ministries of the Ateneo de Manila University. Thresa specializes in designing training modules and facilitating group and family dynamics sessions. She spearheads and runs the firm's family programs such as the family culture building and family constitution retreat.

She has served more than 80+ Filipino family businesses across the Philippines and abroad. Experiential education, strengths-based approach and servant leadership are the principles that guide her. Thres believes she is called to empower and help families build stronger relationships towards holistic growth for the individual, family and the enterprise.

Aside from designing modules, she facilitates groups in family dynamic sessions. In these sessions, she runs family programs such as the Family Culture Building and Family Constitution retreats.
