ABOUT JON

Jonathan “Jon” Ramos is the founder of Premier Family Business Consulting, a consulting firm that helps families in building long-lasting businesses. His firm achieves this by introducing the tools and sciences of family business succession to the family.

His journey started when families in business approached him for advice and mentoring. This led him towards the path of studying all the sciences about family business. To date, he has served more than 80 families in business for the last 10 years.
