FINANCIAL PLANNER/ANALYST
Premier Family Business Consulting is looking for a Financial Planner/Analyst to provide assistance in the financial aspects of the organization and its clients need.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Business related courses is an advantage
- At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Required Skill(s); Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Advanced modelling skills, Cash Management, Risk Management, Retirement and Investment, Capital assets, Valuation, Estate Law, and Insurance
- Leadership, Organizational skills, proficiency in a word processor, spreadsheets, and presentation applications, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines
- Superior quantitative analytical and numerical ability with advanced Excel skills.
- Required language(s): English and Filipino
- Can work ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Planning program
- Conduct due diligence and research market conditions
- Gaining a full understanding of all the underwriting assumptions and testing these to optimize returns
- Identifying key market trends and assessing market conditions
- Assisting when required on Asset Management and Development matters including strategic asset or development plans, undertaking lease analysis, internal valuations and budgeting.
- Strong quantitative orientation, with knowledge or ability to learn principles necessary in real estate underwriting, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns, etc.
- Analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year), understand and explain changes in business drivers, drive forecast accuracy, and recommend improvements
- Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively evaluate financial performance and business risk (e.g. financial models, business cases, run rate, advanced data analytics)
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation (e.g. streamline process, improve data analytics)
