ABOUT CAROL

Caroline “Carol” Ballesteros is a hands-on Public Relations specialist with extensive and relevant contacts in the Philippines media, government, and business circle.

She is a famous TV personality in Cebu– she used to host several shows for GMA 7 (1983-1989) and Cebu Regional Station of ABS-CBN (1989-2003).

While on TV, she juggled many roles in her professional career, like being a professor for Speech & Public Speaking at the University of San Jose Recoletos, an Account Executive of Sunstar Daily, a Brand Manager of Urban Bank, Public Relations Manager of Shangri-La Mactan Resort & Spa, and a Public Relations Consultant of White Gold Club.

Carol also had some experience in the BPO industry before joining the Aboitiz group of Companies in 2005 as the Assistant Vice President for Branding and Corporate Communication.

In 2013, she became the Vice President for Reputation Management for Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. until her early retirement in 2019, when she started her own events and training company, CarolBallesteros, etc. (Events, Training, & Consultancies).
