ABOUT ANGELA

Angela Schloer is the co-founder of CLEAR Leadership Consulting Inc. and a senior consultant of Premier Family Business Consulting Inc.

Angela enjoys workshop facilitation, executive management, coaching, management and leadership development initiatives, team dynamics, and structured learning development.

She started her career after graduating BS Psychology (Hons) at the University of San Carlos, as a lecturer for college students taking up 'Psychology' and 'Behavioral Statistics'. She entered the HR and consulting field as an associate HR consultant and trainer for Integrative learning international. She delivered leadership and performance modules, coaching programs, and handled client accounts for multinational clients across the Philippines.

While taking her Master's in Business Southwestern University where she graduated as Magna Cum Laude, she was hired as an HR & Organizational Development Officer focusing on restructuring and change management initiatives. Securing a seat in the Executive Committee, she was given the responsibility for HR and organizational development needs and OD strategy.

She lived and worked in Ireland for almost 10 years. She was the Head of HR and Admin at TMF Management (Ireland) Limited, where she worked closely with the management team to esnure HR intiiatives were implemented.

She project-managed 2 office relocations and an integration project after a merger & acquisition intiative. She later worked on projects with other European offices as part of the Global Talent Management team.

She returned to the Philippines in 2017 and has worked with several family businesses, government agencies, and multinational organizations in developing competency-based HR systems, coaching programs, leadership development programs and customized workshops on management and leadership through CLEAR Leadership Consulting Inc. She has also invested in and sits on the board of several Cebu-based start ups.
